Jory Bice – Creative Lead

Jory BiceWith a career that spans two decades Jory’s swift fingers and in depth knowledge brings a level of technical and creative design expertise to the foundation of Discotoast Inc. Jory started experimenting with web design about the same time you could start uploading images. He also helped bring City TV to the world wide web through online communities such as AOL, CompuServe and EWorld, and the invention of the Golden Modem Award.

Jory has been working with many companies over the years from Lead Designer to Art Director. After twenty years of front line experience spanning three decades of internet marketing has brought the ability to predict future trends as well as a firm grasp on the needs of targeted demographics which has proven to be an invaluable entrepreneurial asset.

Brian Dunseith – Client Services

Brian DunseithBrian Dunseith, a University of Waterloo Grad, has nearly a decade of sales, marketing, and management and customer service experience. A natural innovator, communicator, and a dynamic out-of-the-box thinking style have lent themselves to a very successful sales career which naturally evolved into management, training, and eventually a role as brand manager. An entrepreneur at heart, Brian’s business background both completes and rounds-out the key management team.

Chris Hodge – Technical Lead

Chris HodgeChris Hodge comes from six years of professional experience as the lead developer of an integrated webcasting and media portal solutions firm. Working on a live environment platform Chris is used to working in a world of deadlines, fast turnarounds, and excels in high-pressure environments. As a critical team member, his programming architecture played a major role in the success of the company, which lead to it being acquired by a Fortune 500 in 2009. Skilled in technical design elements, flash, php, asp, javascript, jquery, mySQL, html, xml, rss, visual basic, css and more. Chris also has experience working with classified and sensitive material, and has received NATO clearance in the past to work on projects that for legal reasons must remain anonymous.
